Terms of service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Planely (the “Service”), operated by team Planely (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, do not use it.

Use of the service

Planely provides tools that generate downloadable digital products (primarily HTML) based on prompts and settings you supply. By default, sign-in and saves are handled in your browser unless you connect an IdP, database, or other hosting you control. You are responsible for all activity conducted under your session.

Generated content

Output may be produced partly by automated systems. You are solely responsible for reviewing generated materials before publication: factual claims, disclosures, pricing, trademarks, likenesses, copyrighted material, and compliance with regulations in your jurisdictions. We do not warrant fitness for any particular regulated use.

Restrictions

• No unlawful use, scraping to overload systems, probing for vulnerabilities.
• No use to impersonate brands or individuals.
• No use to automate harassment or deploy malware.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Artificial intelligence can err; outages and data loss tied to purely local persistence are possible. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim indirect and consequential damages.

Fees and API usage

Public builds may evolve into paid tiers. Any paid plan will disclose price, renewal, and refund terms at checkout before you are charged.

On self-hosted deployments, usage of AI features may be billed to an OpenAI (or compatible) API key configured by whoever operates the deployment. Charges are typically based on tokens and model tier; metering appears in your provider dashboard—not inside Planely. Conversation threads and previews may persist in the browser unless you configure other storage. Running /clear in Studio clears the chat thread on that device only.

Termination

You may cease use at any time. We may suspend or discontinue the Service where necessary to comply with law or mitigate abuse.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be indicated by revising the effective date above. Continued use thereafter constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

For legal inquiries, publish a contact email address in your production deployment settings and instruct users accordingly. This standalone build intentionally omits live mail routing.
